I am a logistics and transportation management professional with more than two decades of experience working within complex freight operations and supply chain environments. Throughout my career, I have worked alongside organizations across commercial, municipal, and federal sectors, building trusted relationships and coordinating transportation efforts that require steady judgment and careful communication. 

 I believe effective leadership in transportation begins with people. Strong operations are built through trust, clarity, and the willingness to address challenges directly. My approach to leadership is confident but grounded, focused on clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and doing the work the right way even when circumstances are complex. 

Over the course of my career, I have held leadership roles across freight brokerage, government contracting, heavy haul, intermodal, and multi-modal logistics. I have strengthened carrier networks, supported key customer accounts, developed operational processes, trained teams, and helped organizations pursue new opportunities—including participation in government transportation programs and federal bid cycles. My professional background is supported by a BASAM degree in Applied Management from Clark College. 

 I enjoy solving operational challenges, mentoring colleagues, and improving systems so that entire teams can succeed. I am always open to connecting with organizations, leaders, and professionals who value integrity, service, and long-term partnership.
